We designed our business to eliminate call centers and online assistant companies and replace them with a Human Resources company in the Dominican Republic.
Example: A call center may hire Samantha in Santo Domingo as an agent and assign her to Verizon in the USA. In this example the call center is "renting" Samantha to Verizon as a remote, lower cost and expendable worker.
Our business is different. We would find an American company that wants to hire a person in the DR to work remote because the cost can be less than an employee in the USA.
Assume ABC Company signs with our service and want to hire a person such as customer service, recruiter trainee, accountant, etc.
In this example we submit 3 people to interview over Zoom and ABC selects Samantha in Santo Domingo.
Samantha is hired by our Dominican HR company and set up to work from home as an independent contractor. We assign Samantha to ABC Company where the relationship is same as she being their employee.
Samantha is not rented from a call center, she was set up to work Direct for ABC Company while we fit in the middle so she can be legally paid in the DR.
The plan is to eliminate call centers and replace them with our HR company that can set up people like Samantha in Santo Domingo to work from home, online and phone for a company in the USA.
Unlike the instability that happens with call center jobs the idea we just explained can result in a person like Samantha building a long and happy career with a company in the USA while our HR company fits in the middle to make this happen.
Examples of jobs can be a recruiter trainee, bookkeeping, accounting, customer support, technical support etc.
