FROM: David Fogg, company owner

I designed this Website to be private as it does not show on Google searches. This Website is where I post information to explain our business model, various offerings, copies of agreements for American clients and Dominican staff, etc.

I also dive deep into causes of success verses failure with remote staff regardless of location. The causes of success vs. failure are mostly the same if a company leader is on the 10th floor of a building and the worker is on the 2nd floor to the leader being in USA and worker remote from another country.

The distance of separation does not matter, could be 1 floor up in an office building or 1000 miles away.

After operating this business 10 years and working with dozens of USA companies I can tell you exactly what works or not in regards to adding remote & lower cost staff to your company plan.

The only people who can view this Website are individuals we send the link to.

You will notice my style is to be very detailed and sometimes repeat myself.  The reason is over the years several companies signed up to work with us where problems happened later because the company Leaders did not make time to learn all the facts and details up front.

I want to set you up for success and avoid causes of failure regardless if you use my company or some other. Therefore, learning the facts and details is very important.

Pricing: Many companies in USA are conditioned to think of offshore services such as call centers, virtual assistant firms or RPOs. They offer people at very low prices.

What is not so obvious is they pay the people poverty wages while the owners and managers make all the money. The people are not happy, turnover is high and never have I heard of any American company that had long term success with offshore companies such as call centers, RPOs, outsourcing or virtual assistant firms.

However, if you and a person working remote from the DR think of each other as on the same team and where a long term career is possible, that is when, how and why long term success can happen.

Allow me to clarify the difference between offshore companies and the business model we are proposing to you.

1 - Assume you are an American company leader and you try out an offshore company. They assign Mary to work for you.

Mary is their employee and they are renting her to you. You will think of Mary as extra, rented and expendable. You will not think of her same as a USA employee and she knows this!

Of the money you pay to the offshore company the owners take most of the margin and pay poverty wages to the people like Mary. The people live in poverty, are not happy, not treated well and the turnover is very high.

There is no way Mary is going to be excited and give you her 100% in that scenario.

2 - To compare, assume you hired Mary in the USA through an HR company like ADP. On paper ADP is her legal employer while the relationship is same as Mary being your long term career employee.

You and she think of each other as on the same team and you will invest in training and setting her up for success. You think of Mary as your career employee even though on paper she is legally employed by the HR company.

My business model is similar except the HR company and people are located in the Dominican Republic where the cost can be half that if your hiring a comparable person inside the mainland USA.

I pay the people MORE than they get at the usual jobs such as call centers, resorts etc. Although the cost to you is at least 50% less than a comparable person working in the USA you and I are lifting these people up to better lives.

If Mary was a real person and set up to work for you, you can feel very good about creating a job that is better for Mary than most anything else she will find in the DR. This explains why Mary would be happy, motivated and want to give her 100% and hope to grow a long term career working for you.

This is truly win/win. You win due to the lower cost and Mary wins because you and I are giving her a better job and life in the DR.

Maybe your reason for considering remote and lower cost staff is not being able to afford the best A quality people inside the USA so your options are to hire lower quality C & D people or not hire anyone and be stuck doing too much yourself.

If we can set you up with A quality people working remote from the DR for half the cost of your USA location, this just makes good common sense.

Another perception is you can afford 2 and maybe even 3 excellent people working remote from DR for the cost of 1 employee at your USA location.

This is not about taking jobs from Americans. I am ex USAF and very pro-American. However, business is business and sometimes in the USA the cost to hire excellent people is more than many companies can afford. If adding remote and lower cost people to your company plan helps your business to do better and succeed in the USA that is a pro-American perspective.

By using video call such as Microsoft Teams you can see and talk to your remote staff Live same as if they are working right next to you.

Here is the proper cost analysis: Assume you hire Mary in the USA. You incur the cost of recruiting and hiring + payroll and other taxes + various insurance + computer + internet + HR and other overhead = total real cost to have Mary work for you as USA based employee.

If her salary was $50,000 her total cost will easily be $65,000 to $70,000.

With us you get Mary + we handle taxes, payroll, HR + we provide computer, internet, technical support + you get Chriss our Dominican HR manager who helps you manage Mary. There is no legal connection between your company and Mary in the DR which means no lawsuits from disgruntled employees!

Yet, she works for you same as if a USA based long term career employee.

This is all included in a package that can be 50% or more less than just the salary of a comparable person in your USA location.

It is a mistake to compare our pricing to an offshore rent-a-worker company because that is like comparing apples to steak.
