I designed this Website to be private as it does not show on Google searches. This Website is where I post information to explain our business model, various offerings, copies of agreements for American clients and Dominican staff, etc. 

I also dive deep into causes of success verses failure with remote staff regardless of location. The causes of success vs. failure are not related to a person living outside the USA. If a company leader is on the 10th floor of an office building and the employee is on the 2nd floor the fact they are not sitting next to each other in the same office is the key issue.

Example: If you hired me into a job where I needed training and I sit next to you, I can roll my chair over to sit directly next to you. You can show me training or work instructions on your computer screen so I can clearly understand as I See with My Eyes.

However, if I work a distance from you (even in the same building) you may make the mistake of relying too much on email and messaging rather than use video call with screen sharing to make it same as if I am sitting next to you. I am then reading your written instructions rather than seeing  your training and instructions Live or at least on video.

Showing a person where they can see your training and work instructions with their eyes, same as sitting next to you is far better than sending typed messages and hope people 100% understand.

I want to set you up for success and avoid causes of failure regardless if you use my company or some other option. Learning the facts and details is very important.
